To ensure a personalized and stress-free experience, I recommend reaching out 4–6 months in advance. This allows us to secure your ideal date, plan your session vision, and prepare for artwork selection. My calendar fills quickly, especially during spring and fall seasons.

I do not offer full wedding day coverage. However, I specialize in creating heirloom-quality, digitally painted wedding portraits. You have two options:

1. Schedule a separate fine art portrait session just for the bride, couple, or family—ideal for 1 to 3 carefully styled portraits.

2. Provide a professionally captured image from your wedding photographer (with proper image release), which I can transform into a fine art digital painting.

You will still need to hire a full-service wedding photographer to document the entire day. My focus is on creating timeless, artistic keepsakes—not documentary coverage.

As for newborns, I only document newborns when another family member is holding them. At this time I do not offer individual newborn sessions.

Once your session details are confirmed, I’ll send over an invoice and retainer to officially reserve your date.

Yes, your session date is only secured once the non-refundable retainer is paid. This holds your spot on my calendar. In the event of a cancellation, the retainer is forfeited.

Absolutely—life happens! You may reschedule up to 72 hours before your session without penalty. If you need to reschedule with less notice, a rescheduling fee may apply. Please contact me as soon as possible if anything comes up.

If you’re not sure what you would like to wear - contact me and we’ll go over wardrobe during your consultation to ensure your look aligns with the vision of your session.

Yes! I provide access to my curated gown collection for one woman per session, along with a detailed prep and style guide to help you feel confident and beautiful.

Yes—pets are family too! Dogs, cats, and even larger animals are welcome, as long as they can be safely leashed or managed during the session. I love incorporating your furry companions into your portraits.

Yes—I offer personalized guidance to help you choose the perfect artwork for your space. You can send me a photo of your wall, and I’ll create custom mock-ups so you can visualize how your portraits will look before ordering.

If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll reschedule your session for the next available date. Your comfort and the quality of your experience always come first.

All payments are non-refundable. This includes your retainer and any additional session or product payments. Please be sure you're ready to move forward when booking.

You’ll view your images during a special Image Reveal Session, either in person or via Google Meet. That’s when you’ll select the images and artwork you love most.

We’ll go through them together during your Image Reveal, where I’ll guide you through the selection process and help you visualize how each piece could live beautifully in your space.

Turnaround time depends on what you order, but most artwork is delivered within 6–8 weeks of final payment. Each piece is carefully crafted to ensure museum-level quality and detail.

Yes! Once you've purchased your images, you'll receive web-sized versions that are perfect for sharing on social platforms. I just ask that you tag my studio and avoid cropping or adding filters to preserve the integrity of the artwork.

I keep your purchased images archived for up to 3 months from your session. However, I highly recommend downloading and backing up all files in multiple safe places, as I cannot guarantee permanent storage.
