1. Purpose of Session - This session is offered as part of a model call to showcase specific photography styles, products, or concepts chosen solely by the Photographer. The Photographer retains full creative control of the session, including location, wardrobe guidance, styling, posing, and final image selection.

2. Compensation - In exchange for modeling, the Client will receive: One (1) professionally printed 5x7 portrait in an 8x10 mat, selected by the Photographer. No digital images are included as part of this session. Additional prints or digital images may be available for purchase at the Photographer’s standard rates. *

3. Use of Images - The Client grants the Photographer full rights to use any image(s) from this session for promotional, marketing, educational, and commercial purposes. This includes use on websites, social media, print marketing, studio samples, exhibitions, and other media. *

4. Attendance Policy - Due to the nature of this model call: If the Client cancels less than 48 hours prior to the session or fails to attend without notice, they forfeit all future opportunities to participate in model calls. No rescheduling is permitted unless initiated by the Photographer due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. *

5. Client Conduct and Cooperation - The Client agrees to arrive on time, dressed/prepared as instructed. Uncooperative behavior or failure to follow session guidelines may result in the session being ended without compensation. *

6. Image Delivery - The Photographer will select and professionally edit the final image(s). The print will be available within 8 weeks of the session. The Photographer retains the right to choose which images are delivered, and no unedited or raw images will be released. *

7. Copyright - All photographs remain the sole property and copyright of the Photographer. The Client receives the specified print for personal use and may not scan, reproduce, or share the image digitally without written permission. *
